P4/5 took a trip down to Park Butchers as part of our Farn to Fork topic. A huge thank you to Graham, Ashlea and team for taking the time to teach us all about were our meat comes from and how it is prepared, for answering our questions and for showing us how sausages are made. Molly, Scarlett and Elsa were the lucky winners of the sausage flavour competition and were able to help Graham and Ashlea make their very own sausages. We cooked them
in school and they were delicious!
